Confidence and passion driven kids create productive happy adults that make better choices in their lives overall.   That is at the heart of The Kidpreneur Club. Being a visionary herself Crystal  has developed a series of programs designed specifically for the young kid in mind.

The workshops are focused around activities that will be fun, productive, and extraordinarily valuable for our members. Inspiring kids to think creatively, broaden their horizons, strategize a plan and implement it within a team are some of what Crystal’s core programs are centered around.

Crystal O’Connor is the founder, Editor and Publisher of Fearless Ambition Magazine,  a powerful publication creating awareness of entrepreneurship and 21st century skills. She is the Mother of 3 children and acquired her Education degree at Upper Iowa University in 1997. After her 1st year of teaching she was offered an opportunity to work as a marketing consultant for a publishing company developing products and systems for elementary teachers across the country. She developed her teaching skills while leading teachers and school administrators in the area of reading and comprehensive development.

She later honed her skills in sales and marketing in various industries. She is passionate about preparing our youth with real life skills early. She believes that business & entrepreneurial skills are the foundation of those "necessary real- life" skills.

 Crystal also teaches a class on a volunteer basis  at The Beacon of Life, a community- based center where women give and receive support to become stronger and safer with a healthy place to grow as individuals.
