    Crystal O’Connor is the founder, Editor and Publisher of Fearless Ambition Magazine a powerful publication creating awareness of entrepreneurship and 21st century skills.

     Fearless Ambition Magazine is the powerful bi-monthly publication that educates, empowers and enriches the lives of the entrepreneur. She describes it as a Success magazine for the Mompreneur .

     With a background in education she had the opportunity to work as a marketing consultant for a publishing company developing products and systems for elementary teachers across the country. She later honed her skills in sales and marketing in the financial industry, health & wellness, and media. She is passionate about preparing our youth with real life skills early. She believes that business & entrepreneurial skills are the foundation of those necessary real life skills.

Inspiring and Educating young people to be confident, smart and bold through the power of entrepreneurship. Creating an awareness of possibilities to our  children early by giving them the skill sets they will need to thrive as future business leaders is the mission of the The Kidpreneur Club.

Mixing fun, hands-on activities with powerful real life business skills,  young students will learn the action steps needed to start a business, understand the power of leverage, expand their imaginations and teach them to think boldly about the unlimited possibilities in their future.

The Kidpreneur Club members within the program will acquire skills necessary to work within a team, the importance of building customer relationships, savvy marketing abilities and the overall dynamics of what it takes to be a leader in the business world. Through monthly workshops and summer camps, we will engage kids with inspiring stories from business leaders, product creation and build a business of their own from the ground up.

Crystal the Coach

    Crystal’s coaching program is an exclusive members-only club and coaching program for entrepreneurs who want to accomplish more in business and life.  Focused on the building blocks of creating and sustaining multiple streams of income within your business and life she educates, coaches and leads women down a road of success and financial independence.   Being a single Mother herself she knows first- hand the challenges of running a business, raising children and the worry of creating income, time & investments for their future. 

    Everything changed for her when she took a risk and hired a mentor while traveling around the country learning from some of the best business minds known.  She developed a program based on principles she learned and the skills she acquired in the marketing and sales world.  Crystal also immersed herself in books and courses on marketing, success, and prosperity.

    The foundation of the coaching program is based on creating a thriving business, learning easy and doable investment strategies and including your kids along the way.   Crystal hosts entrepreneurial events that change lives and her workshops are strategy and blueprint focused.  She believes fluff is nice but actionable steps are what women truly need and want.
